It will be close, and perhaps touch. They all do that, even on mine. Your best bet, is to get aluminum heat wrap and stick it to the inside of your fairing. And, also use the aluminum soft exhaust pipe heat shield (the kind you can bend with your hand easily) and wrap that around the outside primary headers where it will touch the failings.
Also, it will touch, or be close, to the fairings near the bottow where they turn towards the back. Even now, the very lowest part of my fairings on the bottom have turned a little 'yellow' due to excessive exhaust heat. I've found that this is common. The best you can do is stick a heat shield matting on the inside of your fairings.
