Thanks SuperGrizz!!!! My fiance will greatly appreciate it, so a seat 2" lower would be a life saver. I agree with your thoughts on shortening forks, lose too much travel.
Anyone know how far you can saftly drop the front by sliding the forks threw the triple tree??
What do you guys think of gearing??? Right now I have 1 down up front 17 tooth, but w/ 180 HP and 1,500 rpm higher rev limit, I feel may be dangerous for a 5'2"/105# rider?!?!?!?!? I'm thinking of going back to stock gearing?
Did I mention this will be the first street bike she has riden. By the way she handles a dirt bike and 4wheeler, I am not worried about her riding ability. My first Jap bike was a Hayabusa, after 2 days I was riding like it was a 250 Ninja. I personally think it's good to learn on a very powerful bike, makes you better much sooner. IMOA.
