Spaz's numbers are correct add a 2mm piston kit and it'll make 220-227 rwhp

A ported head 1441 should make 220rwhp...

I have seen any where from 235hp to 247hp out of a 1441 gen2. all depends on compression, cams n pipe. I am doing one right now that should see 250hp. :thumb:

Also depends on the dyno and superflows are Eddy Current and MUCH more accurate than dynojet as well as 10 to 13% less with their readings.  :thumb:

The numbers mean nothing its the before and after on the same dyno that counts.I,d rather have a dyno printout reading 210 with an 8 second timeslip than a 235hp slip for the same time and mph.

So true :thumb:
When I owed Virus. I haul my dyno n the bike to the track. So that in the same day I tune it n run the bike. I first tuned the bike to 12.9.1 a/f it made 228hp that day.Took it out n made two passes.  both goo 60 ft.'s which of the two the fastest was 9.15 @ 154mph.
put it back on the dyno boom 229hp. Put a good track map that I knew ran good. a/f was 12.3.1 and was all over the chart it only made 218hp went out n ran a 8.96 158 hph

air fuel tuning to an accelerometer at the track will tell you what it likes best regardless of dyno results.

in regards to this thread and 1st post in the thread, we are talking stock intake cam also on exhaust side with adjustable sprockets for a stock 08 to gain a little more performance by having more lift.

Q. Other than 1441 option what sized cams can we run above stock in a gen 2 without dramas? ie clearance.

i'd like to keep a reliable and cost effective combo in place.

Much appreciated for any good engine builder help on this subject.

Just found out how to make 210hp on pump gas for $700 on a Gen 2 busa all U need is a a(NEW INTAKE CAM)a set of adj. cam sprockets  and some Gen 1 valve springs.  All this is based on a ti force pipe, gixxer 1000 stacks,BMC or DNA filter and a usb pc.

It's best pull was 213.5 and worst was 209.8   What intake can are you referring to? Size?

LOL i think the point being made is ring spaz up and order  his package that hes spent the time developing,he is a shop not a customer who has discovered this himself and feels happy to share his setup.Look after the guys who do the r&d and they,ll keep improving the bikes we ride. :thumb:
