Title: lowering front 06 1000

I know theres been a bunch of threads on this before.......but I want to lower the front end 1".  Is it just losening you trip-tree and the lower bolts at the neck, and dropping it????   I know I have to grind the gap in my clip-ons larger.  Any help with this would be much appreciated!

Just loosen  up the pinch bolts on the lower tree,clip ons,and upper tree no need to grind

Thank you, just what I thought!  After I looked at it, didnt think I had to grind.
