What? No work? Are you clicking on [calculate]? I'll check it out and fix when I get home.. Never had a problem with it before.

Here is an excel spread that works for all 6 speed bikes.
You have to enter the wheel size and gearing ratios but will allow you to see multiple sprocket gearing combos and what speed is made at every RPM for each gear.
More complicated but can be very helpful.
THere are many other formula spreadsheets and other landracing info here:

Hi
This might help for working out gearing.
http://www.bikegraph.co.uk/TorqueGraphs.php
Select the gearing, click add to add the bike (and a stock 'busa is there) and change the drag figure (3.37 is about right for a 'busa) and it will draw a graph of thrust against speed, with an overlay of drag. Where the 2 lines cross is the top speed.
Now modified to have the option of giving the change up rpm in each gear (which with some gearing being fairly close might be a way off the red line).
All the best
Keith

works OK for me!

Thats sad his worked good

Cool thing too know...

There were a couple of calculators out there. The one I have is the one that allows you to mess with the sprocket gearing, tire size/width/depth/rim, gear ratio's, primary drive ratio, and rpm amounts.
If anyone needs that, pm or respond with your email address. Got it on Excel formatted spreadsheet.
