After the Kawa is completed, this is the next project to hit the main arena in the garage :

Do`nt forget the smoke !!

There are still plenty of the GT triples about, but not many of the 500 twins.
This has "on paper" a top speed of 120 mph and they had their own road race series during the 70s.

Work done to date:

Frame, swingarm and ancillary parts bead blasted and powder coated gloss black.
All paintwork done in original colours.
Wheels rebuilt using polished stainless spokes, new wheel bearings, repolished hubs.
New Dunlop tyres.
New brake shoes.
New bars, new levers, new grips.

This ones been hanging around about 8 years now, so its the next job !
Got to breath life back into it  :thumb:  :D

Theres still a lot of work to be done.

You forget just how small these bikes are ??????

For a 500cc bike I reckon I could walk over the seat and then sit down !  :D
