-
Looks awesome! What did you coat you header and dumps with?
sent them to calico coating for cool black thermal coating
-
Looking good :thumb:
-
Thanks for the compliments
-
Looks real good. I see that you didnt really do any internal mods but you have secondary injectors. I take it that you are keeping the stage 2 turbo below 10 lbs of boost.
-
BATTMAN i did add an .080 spacer to lower compression and ape studs
so I should be good for abit over 300 hp with stock pistons and rods
I have GT2860rs dbb turbo
also water/air intercooling
-
How much boost
-
ill stay under 15psi
its my street bike maybe goto the track a few times a year
-
Are you positive the rods will hold at 15 lbs?
-
15 will probably be 320hp with my turbo
its not as big as a rcc stage 2 turbo
-
Looks brilliant ! ! 8)
When are you hoping to have it on the road ?
Thanks for the photos :D

I must say, this is the nicest build I have done so far!!!!! Jay and I are doing everything right, all at one time. I have over 12 hours just into wiring, every wire is permenant with plugs to remove them and all covered. We will be done shortly, just waiting on a couple parts... It looks like the bike came out of the factory with this turbo kit. It will be very clean when finally together...
Videos will be posted of the entire build once complete.....
-
looks good. I want to change my setup now....i need a heat exchanger and an ultra plenum now...
-
Mark you bike rocks! just ride it for the summer
-
your setup is really nice!

Alan, actually I have a shop, sell turbo kits and just about everything else through my distributors, ect....
I am actually an attorney, but I am trying to move away from it and build my performance business. My fiance is actually going to be taking my law firm, once she finish law school. At that point I will be 95% in the shop and dealing with the performance business and just have a light managerial role in the law firm.
This has been my dream since I have was 14 years old. I have always loved building motors, transmissions, Super charging, turbo, NOS, carb & EFI Tuning, building frames, roll cages, actually now that I have started painting, I "do it all". Soon I will be making enough from real estate & Trading, to be able to make the switch over from the practise of law to making the performance business a full time thing. Getting rid of old cases, not taking new clients with lengthy cases, and relying on the mortgage market boom happening right now. The sooner I can hang up the suit, the better!!!!
Anyway, I would rather you think of me as a builder, not a lawyer...........LOL
-
SWEET...... you getting a dyno for the shop?
It would be so bad ass to make a living doing what you love....unfortunately, its only a dream for most....
For now, I will just have to stick to being a professional giggolo/man whore to get by.... 8)

Dennis,
Don't sweat it, I never thought you wouldn't pay me back, in one way or another. Plus I always had your back on posts where you came up. Friendship is more valuable to me than money.
