If I remember, something like a 100 ohm resistor on an orange wire. Matbe not, I dunno. Sounded good though 8)

I doubt anyone willing to steal a bike needs to look on a forum to figure out how to hotwire it
Those skills are usually handed down from generation to generation of worthless theives :grn:

Passing along what someone from this site sent me year and half ago.
there are a totalof 5 wires, 3 12g and 2 18g, the two small wires you put the 100 to 150ohm resistor in between, how do yo want to activate the pwr. will determine the next steps, if using the on / off switch you will need a 12 volt relay.
on 87 the red constant 12v
on 30 the other two 12g wires together
on 85 the wire coming from the on of the switch(blk/yel)
on 86 a jumper from the constant 12v
ps you must use the relay because your switch can handle the amperge load and will burn. either way u can use ur existing stop/run switch or even ur dead man switch.
no problem anything I can help with just hit me up.
if you are concernon where to find the 12volt relay just go to your local stereo and alarm shop they have an abundant supply of them, your local auto supply chain charges way too much for an item that is only 1 or 2 bucks.
87 to 30=normally open
87a to 30=normally closed

Ok here goes you can hook the orange wire and the red wire up to a switch now the black wire with the white stripe and the orange wire with the white stripe need hooked togeather but put a 100ohm resistor in between them should get you going the gray and brown wire are for the lights you can hook them up to the switch too if you need them.
