I know when you first saw this, you thought it was a joke. But it is very true. The drag race really does have a true $90,000 Guaranteed total purse. Just continue reading for more information.


I am the event promoter for the Vulcan Bike Week. This is a major event similar to Daytona, sturgis, panama, and myrtle beach bike week. We have some different events though. We have events for every type biker. Each of which has a major payout. Please visit my website www.***********.com

Rules say no Nitromethane, but top fuel Harley's are allowed?   :|
Looks like slicks are good, wheelbase as long as the eye can see, no weight restrictions, no ground clearence rules etc etc....hell, this should be exciting!

Pro Class


The Thunder on the Mountain Drag Race is a all heads up race. It does not depend on any times or dial-ins.
It is simply who ever crosses the line before there opponent does without being disqualified. This class is
designed for motorcycles that are pro modified. When we say pro modified, we mean that it is pretty much a
run what you bring class. Below is a list of things that are allowed and are not allowed in this class.   All
motorcycle brands are allowed in this class, including top fuel Harleys. This class does have stipulations,
which are: No pro modified bike will be allowed to use wheelie bars or Nitromethane.   We don't have many
rules for this class, for the simple fact we are not in the rule making business, and want everyone to have a
good time. All bikes will be inspected before each race.
