I'm finally taking the B up to Schnitz tomorrow morning to get it tuned on the dyno. I'll pass along the numbers and how everything went when I get back in town. Wish me luck!!!!

DAMN IT!!!!! We had to abort the mission because the Microtech box won't send a signal to the secondary injectors. I had to leave the bike there so Ryan can get with Richard and figure out a fix. It sucks, but Richard and Ryan Schnitz are top notch professional's and we'll get it sorted out. The boost controller is programmed and everything else looks good, so when the box is fixed he should get it done quick. For those of you that don't know Ryan Schnitz or his skills with a dyno, this is my 2nd turbo bike I've had him tune, and when it leaves his shop it's perfect! He's good. Oh yeah, he flashed the ECM, too.

Ok, I got my bike back today. There was nothing wrong with the Microtech box. Ryan told me Richard told him to put some air to it and it started working fine. Anyhow, it's finished and running good. Ryan only took it up to 11 psi and it made 330 HP and I think 179 TQ. There's plenty more left in it. So, overall, I'm very pleased with Richards kit, his tech support is awesome, and Ryan did a fantastic job with my bike, AGAIN!! I suck at posting pics, so bare with me in the next couple days I'll try to post the dyno sheet.

I bet the B-king with it up right seating position would be fun as hell with that much power.

looks killer, black out the rearsets, dum pipes, etc and it would look sinister

how's she ride?

It rides very nice. Funny you should mention blacking out those pieces. I just got introduced to a local powdercoater last week. The first thing I will black out is the chrome dash piece on the tank. What were they thinking with that? Is it just me or has anybody else had bad sun glare from that thing?

wow 330HP is usually what you see from a stage 2 busa on 15-16lb. Do you have any motor work done?

The motor has Wossner rods and pistons, SS valves with 65lb. springs, studs, lock up clutch. I thought that sounded high too but he showed me on the boost controller he had 7lbs. with the 4lb. spring in the wastegate running C-16.

yeah not to take anything away from your numbers thats why I was wondering if you head cams and some headwork done. So many of these dynos are 20Hp different its not even funny. I bet your bike makes good power though and just as much as any other turbo bike thats built the same :thumb:

yup more than 11 psi imo but congrats either way

Do you think it could have that boost creep guys talk about? When I picked up the bike, the boost controller had 7psi programmed in it with the 4lb spring. I raised a brow when I looked at the sheet, because that definitely seems like a high number for 11lb of boost.

to me seems high as well, my bike on same dyno i think was 315-320 ish at 14 psi

Was that with a stage 2 set up?

Same turbo as you ecu controlling all fueling

That makes it sound like either his dyno is WAY off, or it was making more than 11 lbs of boost. How or what would cause it to make more boost than whats programmed into the AMS-1000?

power sounds high for 11 lbs.  But then again, Ryan knows what hes doing for sure....If everything is in fact correct, that thing makes a lot of power.  My turbo makes about 330 at 14 lbs....
