i replaced the old one with a newer horn and still nothing.. i checked the fuse box on the left side of the tank but nothing on there said horn. is there a fuse somewere for it or I'm i missing something

Get or down load a manual for your bike. Take a look at the wiring diagram for the horn. Then get a test light and find out were the power or ground to the horn goes away.
Fuse, switch, horn, some wires and battery its pretty simple.

Suzuki runs a switched ground so you can hook your test light to chassis ground and probe the plug while on the horn and if you dont have a constant power there is your problem and if the horn actuates and works then most likely your switch
