Hi Oriol ! Nice and clean Bike -- alot of work I see, I have also the GT3071R in mine. Nice Pipe too, how much boost do you drive over threre ?
-
I have boost pressure of 15 psi in five stage boost controled in gear based.
1gear: 7psi
2gear: 7psi
3gear: 9psi
4gear: 11psi
5gear: 13psi
6gear: 15psi
I use and UNICHIP piggyback ecu, this ecu control the original injectors and four secondaries injectors, and control the boost selenoid based in a original sensor gear signal. This ecu can have five fuel and ignition maps and five control maps boost.

,
Nice to have in warm areas like Spain :thumb: :D
-
Oh that's cool. :thumb: that's what I was thinking it was, I didn't want to sound like too big of a retard. :duh:
-
Very nice Pics !!!!!!! Thank you. I had back in 2006 that LAMINOVA oil cooler too, but i had problems with it, the oil Temp went too much up - I had before always 75° cruising and up to 95° C on the autobahn. Built in - it was not under 100° ....... What Oil Temp do you drive ? With all the fairings off - that would help getting it down.
your Turbo Oil return is a very good idea !!!!!!!!!!!
-
my oil temperature is 80ºC normal driving and 95ºC in fast driving, my radiator is 80% more capacity than original.
I also made bypass between the input cold water and hot water outlet of the block motor,
I made this bypass because the water arrived colder in Laminova, as the thermostat opens at 82ºC.
In my first setup I used a laminova c42 but was little, now I use a laminova s34 because is more eficient. :grn:

Oriol,
Very, very, very nice work!
I really like some of the ideas you have. I like the charge tube from the turbo coming across the side and back of the motor instead of the front. I don't know if it makes a difference heat wise but for looks I think it looks cleaner. The oil pan is also a great idea and looks awesome. Everything is very cool and I love that streetfighter look. When you get a chance tell us how the bike did power wise on the dyno and what other plans you have for the bike in the future. Thank you for sharing.
Jason
Post script - I do have one question........how did the emtes pump break? I have the same one and I just put it on my bike.

Quite a few innovative ideas there :thumb:

Hi new pics my bike, I have throw some changes this summer, I change the laminova oil cooler for a radiator.
In the warm summers days, my oil temperature It was very high 110º celsius, with the radiator it does not overcome the 93º celsius.
Also I have put a small muffler, The police to put in the jail......In spain are very restrictive with the sound. :td:
This winter I want to change the clutch, you can to say me where I can buy the boost compensate clutch?
Thanks
