Thanks! I started on the left side, never seen so many sections on one fairing before!! 5 total pieces just for one side  I like the style but the way it was designed sucks :td:

Thanks! We're trying to figure out what to do with the other bike, the chromed out 750 with the 600 frame. Going to end up buying another frame, I believe.

My Buddies bought 1 of the old REAL Jordan K5 1000's,and its the FASTEST BIKE on/@ the Track !
I think the $15k in OHLINS Suspentions helps a little too 8).
Were those the wave rotor's for sale on eBay?
I Need a set for my 1000 for sure now :thumb:).......

Thanks! Yeah, got those off ebay but they seem to drag a little on the outsides of each one. The back one works just fine, the ebay store is BRAKE DISC FACTORY. I bled the front brakes a few times, it helped but still drags a little. The bike is super quick, though. I didn't get the chance to open it all the way up :(

did you mic them to see if the are completely Flat ?
I'm gonna {GOD WILLING  } be doing some LSR this season with mine and GREAT Roll Down is FREE HP !
Back in 05 I was stuck at 199.98 mph on my V-rod for 10 different passes  .
Till my Then Mentor J/N & J/A showed me a little brake trick and I THEN went 201mph on the next pass :tr:....
I've Got to check the new 2011 S.C.TA. M/C rules in The Production 1000CC Gas class to see if I can change them ????
What was the price difference between them and Galfer's ?

Hi! No, didn't check for flatness but did check for thickness. They were, I'd say, in the low thousandths of being thicker than stock but I believe the mounting plate might be the culprit :? These were $167.99, shipping included, but I just saw a set of Galfer wave rotors with the same design for $117 on Amazon! On the same site, the price fluctuates all the way up to $439 for the same style. I probably should've check Amazon first... While searching I found that Kneedraggers.com carries the Galfer wave rotors (http://www.kneedraggers.com/product/622406/Galfer-Standard-Wave-Rotor-Suzuki-GSXR1000) for $117 Another plus is they offer free shipping on orders over $49 :thumb:

Cool Deal ! :cl:
l'lll check them out.
Thanks !!!

Can't change the rotors in Production, unless they look exactly the same.
