Post by: Abusive on September 18, 2011, 02:21:21 PM
I got on the scale the other day and instead of losing weight I have gained 10lbs  can someone share they're diet plan or tips on dropping weight I'm lost?

No drinks with sugar added. Watch the juices, etc as well.

Biggest thing is to cut back on portion size. It is hard for about a week or two, eating how much you should rather than how much you want.

Check out flavored Rice Cakes...seriously, no joke Gary, they taste pretty good. Caramel and the chedder cheese are not bad.

Thanks John, I'll have to try them, because my current plan isn't working.
