new swingarm in pic above.  using the 06 gsxr 1000 forks with a 01 gsxr 1000 triple clamp and brake rotors with busa wheel. Thats a 01 gsxr fender, notice rear mounting tabs dont line up. Gonna make something up, or wait for a deal on a 06 fender.

Will post more pics as project comes along. In process of adding second rad fan and then deciding on paint or getting lucky and coming across the 02 blue and black fairing set.
