I want to turbo my 2007 gsxr 1000, the motor is completly stock, how much boost can I run with a stock motor, or do I need to make changes to the motor. Thanks

On my 03 I ran 6# on pump and 8# on c-16.

I run up to 9lbs in 4,5,6 th and 5lbs in 1,2 and 7lbs in third using a stock motor, a intercooler and e85 on a 750

I just found out the cylinders will crack a lot of times with 10psi and over.

I've had two GSXR-1000 turbo's (2002 & 2005). No worries with a 6lb spring on pump gas. 10lbs...use some C-16.
Both bikes had over 20,000 miles with a turbo on a stock motor.

My 06 GSXR 1000 has 18K miles with a Velocity Stage 1 with the 7.2 lb spring. Runs well no problems.

Bone stock motor in My 07 just running 6 lbs..been knock on wood together for years!!
247 hp lots of low 8 second time slips and lots street miles..
