Title: Cylinder Cracking? Which years best?

A turbo 1000.Which years are the best to use for cases and keep the cylinder cracking at bay?
Maybe the '03/4?
And maybe 10 pounds of boost? Yes, Carrillo rods. How high of revs with the stock Ti valves?

01-02, then 03-04  each year the crankcase hole gets bigger
