Title: 59* lean angles
Post by: Sport on June 18, 2014, 02:31:30 AM
Just finished watching the Barcelona GP again and was wondering, in addition to some GREAT tires and talent from another planet, is the key to the best cornering, weighting the outside peg?  Do I understand that correctly?  Low sides seem to appear through no fault of the rider but of course it (is) the riders fault for turning in too sharply isn't it?  I know that touching the front brake or carrying late braking a bit too far...into a corner and still trying to turn the bike causes a low side but if that wasn't the case, is improper weighting of the outside peg a direct contribution to most low sides?
