I bought a busa engine for a project.
There's small bundle wire that was cut.
Can someone tell me where it supposed to be connected?

Not sure on the cut one
Next one to the right is the "dealer connector" used to put the ecu into diagnostic mode
Next is the "Yosh Connector", used to modify the ecu
Next looks like the rectifier connection for the charging system

^What he said. That harness goes into the tail of the bike. The lowest connector if it's 5 wires with 3 yellow under the black and red that I can see then yes it's for the rectifier.

Thanks guys ---
But I think the wire branched at the end and did I missed the plug 4 & 5?
I just borrowed this picture from someone's complete harness (just for illustration use).
Look like the wire 4 & 5 belongs to the same bundle ??

Looks like rear lights.
If you are only running the engine, you may find it easiest to just ring out the harness at the ECU connector pins to fully understand the connection points in the harness.

Yes #5 plugs into the brake light switch on the right rear set.
As for #4 what color are the wires?

Well, that's what I'm trying to figure out. My wire is cut.
The picture in this thread was just copied somewhere else for illustration used

# 4 is a turn signal wire which is cut off at the indicator
-
Oh I see..... thanks again folks !
I really appreciate the help

What about the #6 plug?
Do you know what is this plug?
Thank you....

Sorry slaki, I'm only using the wiring picture for illustration. Mine is cut when I bought it and I can't figure the wire color.

I am not 100% sure, but that whole bundle of wires is in the tail of the bike. I had a look at all the plugs and all the important conections are covered. That is probably for some kind of light or something. The only way you will know is by installing the harness and check if you have any error codes.

6 is tip over switch
