I'm currently in the planning stage of turboing my 09 gen 2. After checking out the power commander website I'm tossing up which to buy.
So the two options are the PCV or PCV with PTI input.
Opinions please
The turbo I'm looking at will be the pro boost street kit running 5-6psi boost on a stock engine.
Thanks
David

Find someone to flash the stock ecu to add in the boost fueling

It's really a no-brainer here. For anything short of a PST entry (and hell...sportbikeryder ran it on his PST for a LONG time) the best control method is the stock ECU.
GM 3 bar adapter from BoostBySmith
a GM 3 bar sensor from anywhere
and get set up with ECU Flashing or have a reputable shop do the required tuning.
I'm anywhere from 264hp on 6psi thru 460hp on 24psi with 62lb injectors on E85 all thru the stock ECU. It's plenty for a street ridden bike.

Hands down easy choice... ecu.

Who makes a Pro Boost street kit? Honestly, never even heard of it...

The answer is Pro Boost. They are a Finnish company.

Thatś correct - ProBoost guys operate in Finland in Rovaniemi ( where the Santa Claus lives :D)
I have used those parts for years in my 1000 K2 turbo and Busa K3 turbo and plenumsand other stuff have held up fine . Cood price and quality relationship. :thumb:
Canīt recommend the oldscool fuelling unit they are offering though - it crapps out most of the times .
But the fabricated parts are fine :tu:
