I am slightly over three hundredweight.
Which is a bit over my fighting weight of 22 stone before my smash.
But you lose a bit you gain a bit......

Losing weight now - hit 230 on the scales today down from 255.  Goal is 205.  Gotta eat less and drink lots of water and take your vitamins and supplements - and no alky.  Just weed.
