Hello everyone, this is the Rog.
I attended the Mojave magnum on Sunday, oct 8.
Very early Sunday morning a bike did not stop when the pavement ended and crashed out the back door. I am told the rider, Dennis Roade was seriously injured with multiple fractures and was on a life-flight within 14 minutes. I don't have any comparisons, but that time seems excellent. The fire department at Mojave is top notch, a credit to the profession.
Fast bike was a 248 mph roughly, with one exception
I personally did a 294.6 in the half mile(yes I have the time slip to prove it). Strangely, I was only 186 at the mile, due to the shock from that awesome half mile speed, and then got it up to around 195, which is the best this stock engine bike has ever gone(it did 209 with a good 1340 motor). It does I admit seem weird that the 18/41 gearing seems only good for 210 or so. That's one awesome tailwind folks.
Oh, my 194.6 was better than the  Lamborghini Aventador at 187..
