Title: GEN2 MOTOR WITH GEN1 HEAD IN GEN1 FRAME

A friend just bought a gen2 motor and wants to put a gen1 head on it and put it in his 05 gen1...question is will everything lines up? how about the output shaft alignment with the rear wheel sprocket? will the stock gen1 sprocket cover work?
