It works well.  Its been around for awhile so there are a lot of people that understand them and can tune them.  However, its old technology compared to the rpm driven clutches that are out now.  If you are street riding and track riding, the multistage will work just fine.  If you are drag racing only, then the newer gen2 clutch is the best way to go.
