Why tune something that should already have a good tune in it, appears Bob tuned it when he had it.

If Bob had the bike at his shop and tuned it, then it should be o.k.   Since it has a PC3, I assume it was an older build, then if that is the case I would have it at least checked on the dyno.

The older builds Bob tuned with MR9, which would be way fat with anything but MR12. Also, there isn't a bike that I have worked with that doesn't at least need a touch up on the MAP after a few years.
