I bough 99 hayabusa. Since I bought the bike when I ride it after 20 mins the bike will start cutting in and out on me like my throttle cables got cut. Let off gas and got back on and it was fine until a bit later when it happend again at about 4k. Maintained throttle position this time and after 3 seconds it power surges back on. Engine never shut off though. Just acted like i closed the throttle. I changed spark plugs and it didn't help. Bought power commander and it didn't work. Put the factory mufflers back on and it didn't work. I changed the ECU and still doing the same thing. I checked all the cables and the fuel pump and everything seems fine. What should I do?

Check the inside of the tank for gunk/clog. Almost 20 year old bike. Could be clogging. Check the fuel pump screen filters as well.

i would put all my money on fuel pump screens
and when u post pics of plugs show the tips ( electrodes ) not the sides
also check for any codes

Change your plugs and run some of this through it.

I would take a hard look at the fuel lines, have had issues with 2 99 bikes with older lines kinking. Cheap from dealer.

Indeed kinking fuel lines , fuelpump filters and THE TINY FUEL PRESSREGULATOR SCREEN .
I own a '00 and add the Mann Filter from petcock>fuelpump.
