Title: 9,500 rpm early limiter

A buddy is having a problem with his 02 Busa
He is getting a false limiter at about 9500 rpm

If the Inlet cam is off a tooth didn't that cause something like this?

 Start the bike and then unplug the cam sensor while it is running and see if it will rev through the lower issue

Next week when I get a chance I wanna check his Fuel pressure while on road under heavy load

We had a faulty gear position sensor which was showing only neutral and it lowered the limiter
