Title: God speed "Fasbus"

I got a face book message last night then a phone call from his mother this evening informing me that Fasbus "Billy" passed Yesterday.I met him years ago on my job site. He was one of my local buddies that had a wealth of knowledge on the busa. I've met a few locals on here that I became friends with.  I know he would tell me about Dave Owen's alot. Maybe him and Dave get to race together. Godspeed Billy!
