hello sometimes when I ride my motorbike it turns off, when I try to start it again it doesn't want to go right away I have to wait a while it's never the same it can vary from 15 min to 1:30 I change the gas pump that I dreaded but he remakes it to me today, when I return home in trailer I unload him and he works I tried another ecu too and same thing would you have ideas please because the mechanics tell me that I should bring them when it does not start but it always restarts after a while .......

 Oils be as simple as a kickstand switch, tip over switch or the run/ kill switch.

The 99s are nortorious for the fuel pump over heating when they get older.  If it has never been changed out, that's where I would start.  Aftermarket external pumps are not that expensive at all, OEM pumps cost a LOT of $$$.

check the charging system output too stator plugs melt

And there fuel hoses are notorious for collapsing when they are old. New ones were cheap at the dealer for my last 99.
