I ordered a pair of speed links and they went on back order. I received a phone call notifying me the following day. When they became available I received an email that they were shipping them to me. The next day I received them { they paid to have them shipped 2nd day at no additional cost to me}excellent customer service in my book.   (http://images/smiles/converted/kickass.gif)
