I have an 03 Busa. Here's my question of the day. After I do my mods, Hindle, BMC, TRE, PCIIIR, How do I tune it. If I use the PCIIIR to tune, then reinstall the TRE, which makes it think the bikes in 5th gear, isn't all my tuning out the window? Or is the change thru the gears so small that the computer can adjust accordingly? It seems to me that the TRE defeats the purpose of the PCIIIR. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
