Quick shifter from Dyno jet  (linear style) is the way to go on 02-06 very easy to install and no major adjustment needed.  and let me tell yeah   what a Diff, in riding this thing makes.  $245-280 so shop around.

Or you can get a complete air shifter kit including bottle, valve, cylinder, and MPS Racings famous ignition kill box.
