WHATS THE FINAL  ANSWER WILL THE TRE WORK AND THE MOST IMPORANT QUESTON DOES IT SURGE ALOT AT LOW SPEEDS AND IS IT WORTH IT TO BY.

Im buying the switchable one then I can say it deresticted -and- switch it off if I dont like it...plus its wicked inexpensive
