Title: How many ways can a I get screwed

I called the Harris County Sheriff's Dept to inquire about picking up my recovered Busa Frame. I was told I could pickup it when I wanted but there would be an $85 towing charge. I'm getting charged to have a frame moved from some location to the Sheriff's storage, which was probably only placed in the back of a pickup truck. I should be grateful that it was even recovered but DAMN, can't a buddy get a reach around?
