Big problems getting my title

UPDATE    I got it in the mail today  only took 6 months



I havernt ever seen so much bullshit in all my life.As some of you know i have a 05 busa and had a loan on it blah blah blah.  Well i was 2 months late and they wanted full payment or they were going to try and repo it.  So i  went ahead and paid the bike off in august and they are still giving me the run around about sending my title to me.  I had the loan through hsbc which i will never use again.  Hsbc gave me this number to call and i have left a 30 messeges with them over a 3 month period..They never answer the phone.

Actually what you do is pay a lawyer $50 or so to send them a letter requesting your title.

Of course since it is on a law firms letterhead, and since it will be written in lawyer speak with maybe some, ah, encouraging words....I would bet you see your title real quick like.

Yup, Lawyer letter requesting title within 7 days or court action will follow immediatley usually works  :thumb:

I had a bank lose a title and took me sev months just to get them to send me the release to get a new one from the dmv
