CALI CHROME OR EAST COAT CHROME

lately Ive been checking into the chrome and from what Ive been hearing every one i know tells me that i need send my stuff to California i live on the east in NJ Ive seen like a hand full of places on the entire east coast but like i said everyone i know says send it to CALI  and that can take like 8 to 11 weeks thats to long to have my bike down if i decide to do it during the season an even if its not during the season ill ride my bike just as long as there is no snow or ice ill be down to ride

is the chrome over there that much better I'm not really sure that good chrome looks like can you guys help

its all in the prep work.
if it were me, arizona chrome.
bone dry air will yield zero oxydation after polishing and before nickel plating.
