Advice needed - Blocking off/closing front indicator holes

I'm thinking of changing my indicators to the mirror with it built in. I will then block off the indicator hole with fibre glass, but leave the air intake.
Will this affect the handling/aero dynamics at all? I have heard that some have developed a shake at high speeds.

Ask Ksana, do up a search and look at his bike, he has done an awesome job on his. I never heard it was worse but in fact better the aerodynamics cuzz now there is a smooth flow in front of the bike on the head cowl.
