i use a long flathead screwdriver and a hammer just be careful to make sure your on the bearing race if you want to save the bearings. go slow and move to different sides to keep it even. not hard at all. jc
and to saint peter i will tell another solider reporting sir ive served my time in hell..

I made a long steel rod with a flatten head. Slowly tapping aroud the bearing until its tapped out.
