PC2 map to PC3usb

I used to have a 2001 Busa with a PC2 that I worked really hard making a map for. I now have an 06 Busa and am getting
a PC3 usb. Is there a way I can use the map I made? I know a PC3 usb has twice as many cells. Can I just Manually tranfer the data
and fill in the missing cells with an average to start with?   Anyone ever do this.  I'd hate to start from square one again.
