Airshifter issues
« on: March 24, 2007, 01:21:57 PM »
Have had airshifter on my bike for 3rd season. Last season was having issues getting it to shift from 3 to 4 adjusted kill time worked some time others didn't .
This year testing, can not get to shift at all ,,,,,,,,,,,except and only at low RPM ,,,,,,tried all kill times. The air pressure is fine the ram works I can feel the relay in the kill box clicking when I  hit the botton. At idle I hear the engine kill , but if I rev to 3k or above I can not hear any kill at all.

Checked all wiring everything in tact.

It is a MPS box or clone.

Any help would be appreciated, I forgot how to foot shift at the track LOL.

update, took the kill box apart, tested relays and timer all are working properly. Kill appears to be working fine. Ram pulls hard.
Have added a brrck's clutch cushion, is it possibly something to do with the clutch and the new hd springs?

Again at low RPM shifts fine.

Thanks for any input
