I think they are gonna keep the new 08 BUSA at 1299cc and change the rest of it to be more like the new GSXR 1000's. So it will basically be a larger 1000 and should look significantly different than the current BUSA.
Now that would be nice!
I hope they come out with a color scheme like your 1000 K7! That burnt orange/black would be my first choice!

Nah that is not what "he" means at all....... I won't ever again post a pic of a pre-release bike. I got my friend in trouble doing it last time..... never again.

with as slimey as dealers and employees of companies are, i find it hard to believe that if pics are out there, they arent rampant all over the net.

I know! I was looking at it today and I decided, "I'm keeping this one." Everywhere I go with it, people say, "now that is a pretty color scheme or that is hot! So it looks like I'm gonna have two bikes sitting in my garage again; unless one of the '08 Busa color schemes is black and orange.

How the hell would suzuki have THAT many busas made and no leaks to be in showrooms by july?  NO way man an employee would have snagged a photo by now and posted it on the net.  I know i would have if i was working at the plant.

dont think so.. you must be talking to suzuki rep.... those guys dont have a clue.. i work for dealership and our suzuki rep is biggest full of BS guy you ever know.. all of our reps have been this way.. they must train them.  if they were coming in july you would think some of dealers might know about them.. which we dont... or we would have had the ordering sheet to place orders for them already.. since we dont.... dont expect to see them in july unless order sheets get in damn fast. dealer show is not unti aug or sept( have to check schedule to see)  If new bike was coming........ you figure that they would make a big showing of it, spy pics would already be out and more people would know.  since i read over and help with ordering at our store.. i would know if we had them yet... sorry man we dont.. im as excited as next guy.. but wont make them get here anytime sooner.  when new bike is realeased.... i would bet $100 that it will be at dealer show and no time sooner.  i know warehouses still have few 07 in stock. just ordered an extra one today.

suzuki wont just send bikes.. you have to place ordering and get all flooring info on them.  you have to know how many ur alloted and such.  until i see order sheet, which will have pics or brochure in them, dealers cant order them... and that means suzuki cant ship them  matter of fact i will call our no brain suzuki rep in morning and see what he has to say about it.. not that he will know or even answer his phone.

If there is any truth to them showing up in the dealerships by July I doubt it would be for mass sales.  Maybe a couple here and there at big name dealerships for show only and the productions models getting there by fall but who knows.  Seeing as though I've been on the new Busa high-low every year since 2002 now I'm not holding my breath on anything.  I'm voting for the 2008 Busa to be BNG

I was told that they will be on dealers floors in July. Probably, yes some big dealer ships. My sourse told me that nobody was seen them. Suzuki is good at hiding there bikes. Remember back has anyone seen a suzuki before they wanted U to see it. Just last year no one knew what the 07 GSXR1000 looked like. Until the show. I think that most dealers will have them by the end on July. Let's see how good my source is?

1330 cc, Why would Suzuki build a 1330cc when they are known for building Big Bore Mild bikes? ethier it will be a True 1400 or 1500, They cannot build a 1330 unless its 13:1 on comp to out run the ZX14. Stock for stock, then how can the after market bump it up more? My bet is 1399 or 1499. Kawaski might just have 30 days left before they haft to leave town. There might be a New Sheriff headed those ZX-14 bandits way. :cop:

If it is 1330 I would guess it would have a shorter stroke and a bigger bore then the current 1300. You get more rpm and HP like the 1000 GSXR and only give up a little torque.

 Mark
Black and Purple 04, MY MODS: Turbo, .08 spacer, s2000 injectors, yosh cams 7.2 spring, heavy clutch springs, APE valve springs, raised rev limiter to 11,500 rpm with ignition cut only, using only stock ECM with Petrik reprogramming method,

Jeff knows alot, And Im sure more than me, But 1330cc Makes no sense ! If you guys know the History of Suzuki they are known for big bore and Long Stroke. Look at the 1K Gsxr it has close to the smallest bore, But has the longest stroke of all the 1K brands/bikes. More Mid range
Same for the 1074cc Gsxr 1100, 93-98 More Mid same TQ as ZX 11, No ram air and top hit like the ZX-11.
Same for 1127 89-92 Gsxr1100 etc  Mid range Madness low top end.
To make a New busa faster with 1330 it would haft to have Big Cams and Sky high Comp. With no mid range.
Suzuki knows that most guys like a strong low, mid range, and good top end.
Kawaski loves the Hit at the last 3K or so of RPM.
I sure hope this post is still around and 30 days, So we can see whos right.
1330cc? 1399? maybe a 1450? 1499?

All I can can is the bike was being tested here in the USA last month..... sans body riding on the street near  Palomar. The guy would not commit  to 100%  on the 1330, he kept on saying "around" that figure. So it could give them room to increase it a bit if needed.

Having said that, if they plan on a July release date...... and already had a 1330 set to go, they may not have the time to bump it up. I guess we will see for sure in a month at Vegas.

Maybe they are just modding the current busa engine for the B-King, and will have a new engine for the hayabusa,... so some think the b-king engine is it (?).
