FWIW, the European mags and rags are saying the 08 Hayabusa will come with a 1350 with 200 HP@Crank.

I like those numbers.... now if it will have some other cool features as well , I could see myself on a all black one.  A few mods to add some hp and make it mine :thumb:

Rear Seat cowl has cooling vents as to suggest under seat/tail exhaust :? (B-king...?)
So, what's up with the 07 1k dual exhaust look....? Probably chopped.

I'd say the vents are for looks only, and it will not have undertail exhaust.

I was hoping to get a response from Jeff W. because he actually knows what the bike looks like and if this is it.  I guess we will just have to wait to see a little longer.

with Suzuki always trying to reuse parts to make bikes cheaper to produce...... what if the used the b-king motor for the new busa?

I thought they were using the current Hayabusa motor for the new B-King.  So you're saying the motor isn't changing?  That would kind of suck... No, more than kind of..... That would seriously BLOW.   :cussing:

1500.... you may as well wish for a factory turbo .   They could take the current mill , use the much researched 1397 parts , upgrade all the motors parts and efi to 2007 level of tech and wipe the floor with any bike made.  sj

Actually, a factory turbo would be a great way to add cheap HP.  A low boost blower running at just 5-6psi could get a 1349 to make over 200hp.

There have been other factory turbo bikes, and bike technology is better than then, increasing the chance that this could be a reliable design.

Factory Hayaboosta!  That'd be sick.

Knowing what you know and you already have explained elsewhere why you cannot divulge more info with that said. Would you buy one? if no, why?

The exhaust we know why they are so large and ugly and will be common place I'm sure on newer bikes which is useless dribble to debate as we all replace anyway.

The tidbits :P you have mentioned ti valves and ventilation holes should be worth i'm gusessing 8-10 hp at  by themselves this is  before being matched with a higher cr and revised cams which would make sense if using lighter valve train would add up even more sooooo...does the new busa have a higher cr and revised cams ?

:Boy no one seems to think a 1500cc engine is possible. In 99 suzuki went from 1100cc to 1300cc. Also busa cyclinders are realivity thick, so a few mm. piston increase as well as a 4 or 5 mm. longer stroke and were there fellows. You wouldn't have to give it big compression so heat wouldn't be a factor. Maybe you all are right and it will be between 1300 and 1350cc, but tell me a 1500cc busa wouldn't sell. You all would be right in line after me! :D

I dont have any pictures of the bike.

The color schemes were sent to the dealers so they could get gear and stuff to match the bikes.
