I didn't hear you complaining last time you came down and rode in the sunny weather! When it was raining up north!    
Surfing, 50 minute's away.
Snow skiing, 25 minute's away.
Canyon carving, 7 minute's away.
4X4 area/dirtbike riding, 15 minute's away.
Chick's don't wear ski parka's in the winter!
I got no complaint's!
