That might be what Suzuki has in store for 2007.Look at the 2007 gsxr-1000.It out weighs the previous bike by 14 pounds,but is faster then that bike considering a weight increase.So i'm sure the indicated 7 pounds means nothing to the new hayabusa, as compared to the 07 with it's increased power.

It's because of the EURO 3 emissions crap.  Take that off with any aftermarket system and you will loose 25+lbs.... :cool:

The back is kind of funny looking but there's nothing a little aftermarket can't take of. :thumb:

I'm not liking the idea of trying to shoehorn the front cowl on and off while spreading the sides at the same time.  I don't see a separate under wing in the pictures.  Looks molded in like a catalyst race lower.   I'd like to see inside the trunk.  smaller tank and higher windscreen...hmmmm.

On the plus side:  dual fans, triple maps, radial front brakes, larger rear rotor, more. 
Yeah, it made 500 hp at 32 psi.

 It is hard to see but there are indications that it is the same multi-piece fairing like we have but, a little different bolt arrangement.
