Bottle Mounting in Mac Arm?

Im running a mcintosh alumipro arm this year and it has that nice bottle holder in it. I have a nice polished bottle too. What ways do you guys secure the bottle in the holder and not have it get all scratched up from just sitting in the cradle?

TRY PUTTING A BOTTLE BLANKET  ON IT  OR EVEN WRAP IT IN PLASTIC WRAP THATS  CHEAPER
