how many passes with dry shot bottle?
« on: November 20, 2002, 06:06:00 AM »
How many 1/4 passes can one expect from the standard (2# I think) bottle that comes with the 40 horse dry shot kit? Also is anyone running a bigger bottle than 2# and if so how many passe can you get and how big is the bottle?
previously owned a 01 blk/gry Busa little of this little of that...oh yeah and a ghetto turbo 320horse/200ft.lb. 8.92@169
Bikeless....for now.

Got for sure 4 passes on a #2 bottle with 40 shot. After that I change bottle just to be sure. If you have a pressure guage, u can monitor it better.

Thats my buddys bike that makes the air box plates for the dry system.
It was taken in about 1985, had a few beers spilled on the pic.
I had a 5lb bottle mounted on my wheelie bars on my 81 gs 1100 back in the days

Looks like he's got the flame thrower mod on there.
It's all experimental.
