Question Rear Brake Line Length
« on: September 06, 2007, 06:04:14 AM »
Can anyone tell me how long the rear brake line is on a 2001 Busa.  I want to stretch my swingarm 4-inches and need to order a custom length brake line.

The company Cycle Brakes, tells me that I need a 32.5-inch line because the stock line is 28.5-inches long.  Since the line is non-returnable, I thought that I would try to make sure they are correct before I order.  I would like to find out without taking my current line off and actually measuring its length.

Thanks,

With only 4 inches over you can use the stock line.

+1, just dont route it around the front. bring it straight in from the rear.<----that sounds painful

I want to keep the front tire on the ground during the 2nd to 3rd gear shift.

Thanks, I will try it with the stock line.
