my reason for getting up in the morning

got a 05 busa new
10,000 miles on it now

2nd gear went to hell, and I flipped it at the dragstrip too.

may as well throw a turbo on.

I'll post pics of my progress (slow progress)

changing out tranny with 2nd gear issue for undercut one  also replaced shift forks








sorry it took so long I lost my  SD adapter for the cam


playing with powder coat gun... as you can see candy top coat is not as easy as paint.   It messed up and as you can see its a bitch to get back off




 frame and swingarm coated candy blue coated the shock is flat black.  I am not 100% happy with the way the blue turned out...
that piece of metal with holes is going to be my plenum



mounted the weel for now, but she needs cush rubbers bad!   I may be talkin to greg/smithbusa about that one



put the guages,tree, and unfortunatly the stock undertail back on.... and yes its messy in the background me and my buddy need to clean up! lol





muhahahahahaha   :D    I still need to do the plenum and header.... unless someone wants to donate for cheap!! :P

motor is doing great.  I took out the 2ndary vibration canceler too.   The bike shifts so much better now.

I have all my body work in primer.

as far as the turbo goes... I have

the turbo, wastegate, blue vac lines,fuel pump,fmu, material for the plenum and for the header

polished all the small parts

ill post some more pics this weekend

Good deal.  Just getting my motor out now.  Gonna send tranny to Fast by Gast to get race cut and fix any other damage.  Was your drum damaged?

Well had it all together for a while so I could ride atleast a bit this summer...

  saturday I took it all apart..... I mean every thing is in pieces!

I got a powder coat gun and a used oven...  blue candy and xtream chrome powder has arrived.
  have the silver basecoat for the plastics.

If your going to do some tranny work it would be a good investment to install solid shift shafts!  Well worth the $60

the tranny has been done for sometime now...  I had it all together and rode for a cpl weeks then tore it down for powdercoat ....
  it should be backotgether this week time permiting (im painting my s10 too)  I just need the plenum and the header and the turbo will be done too

lm-1 with rpm kit is on the way
bov is on the way

started cutting flange for header

hopefully im healed enough since surgery becouse I plan on putting the motor back in friday
