02 Busa speedo and tach needle removal??????

Any clues or pictures how to remove the actual needles on the speedo and tach? I got it down to having just the board out and cant get the needles off to change the guage colors. PLEASE HELP :x :x :x

I did my 01'., you just pull them straight up.  You may need a screwdriver/small pry-bar.  Note: notice how the needle is set because the new guages may not have the (small black pin) to line the needle up with.

use 2 spoons and roll up under the needle
