you need to swap the rotor along with the entire harness swap...

Just curious why would you want switch to a later year ECM "CPU" - all your doing is restricting your bike..

it dose sound pretty hot , something i might wana look into my self, im qurious as to why it wont work on the 99-2000 busa my self i ride a 99.

99-00 have a different cpu and they are not making a system for the 99-00 models!

you could repin the harness, its only a couple to change , if the ecu works with an 01 then you don't need a new rotor as the 01 still had the early rotor but the late loom
